We are the only UK charity dedicated to supporting those affected by the rare disease pulmonary hypertension. Our mission is to provide support and information, fund research and promote awareness to help people live better lives with PH.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Please can I ask you to take a few seconds to read the paragraph below. No more needs to be said as to why I am running for this cause.

Our beautiful daughter Ofelia Mae-Marie was born 21st November 2008. She was absolutely perfect. She piled on the weight was smiling after 3 weeks and charmed everyone that met her. Then on January 31st 2009 she suddenly and totally unexpectedly died. The post-mortem revealed it was Primary Pulmonary Hypertension. We miss her every single moment and will never get over the loss of our gorgeous girl.
