This year I've chosen to help raise vital funds for Macmillan cancer support. Cancer affects 1 in 3 people and I'm sure we all know someone that has been affected. So I've decided to take part in various fund raising events throughout the year working towards Ironman Wales 2015. Ironman Wales is 2.4 miles swim, 112 miles Bike and a 26.2 mile run all to be completed before the cut off time of 17 hours.
