I am walking the West Highland Way with a great friend from Shetland and some of his friends and members of New Life Church in Lerwick, Shetland. 

We are going to be doing it over seven days. I thought it was a good challenge to get myself in better shape and to raise funds for a charity close to my heart.

My goal at present is to raise at least £10 per mile, that would be a total of £960 for the Swanson Family Charity, but if I am able to exceed this, that would be such a blessing.
