Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm an occasional cyclist and was probably a better runner although I wasn't that good at that either!! 
Anyway in my madness and with the encouragement of Lady Jaywick ( Angie Flight) I entered the Ride London-Essex which is a 104 mile bike ride taking place on May 29th!! I'm not looking forward to it one bit!! Anyway to lessen the blow and encourage me a little bit more I'm doing it for the charity I help run with my sister-in-law and others. So if you can spare a tenner or so I’ll be very grateful!! PS Lady Jaywick forgot to enter!!
