Story
Not many things are sweeter than a donkey foal, it's enough to make any of us animal lovers weak at the knees.
We have a 'no breeding' policy here at The Donkey Sanctuary, so arrivals of new young foals come few and far between.
However, this year we are expecting something of a baby boom after a number of mares were relinquished into our care already in-foal.
We are giving you the opportunity to do something really special and name one foal in particular!
The absolutely gorgeous Melissa lives at our Brookfield Farm in Devon and is expecting a little foal this summer.
Melissa arrived into our care from Somerset in November last year, and was relinquished with a group of seven other donkeys.
