Cameron and I are running the Forest of Dean Half Marathon in support of Young Minds. Young Minds is the UK's leading charity championing the wellbeing and mental health of children and young people. I have not given Cameron much choice of whether he would be running or not, but as this is a cause so close to our hearts he has given in and agreed.

Young Minds is one of the partner charities of Prince Harry's Heads Together movement, whose aim is to kickstart a big conversation in people's communities – with friends, families, and co-workers – about ending the stigma that still surrounds mental health.

Over half of all adults with mental health problems were diagnosed in their childhood, and less than half were treated appropriately at the time.
Many children and young people are still suffering in silence and we would love for you to donate to our cause to support this amazing charity.

We only get one shot at growing up, by supporting Young Minds you are helping to give children the chance they deserve.
