As most of you know I broke my foot less than four months ago so the 5k Colour Run will be a bit of a challenge for me!

I thought i'd use the opportunity to raise money for Pilgrims Hospice who looked after my great aunt whilst she faught her cancer battle.

Brenda never stopped smiling and helping people and now its our turn to return the favour and do something in her honour and make her proud xx

The Pilgrims Hospice will appreciate anything you can give, as will I :-)
