I am Donna from Ewelme,  58, curvey, and not very fit. You may have seen me "waddling "round the village or are following me on Strava as I very, very gradually build up my (never done before,) jogging.     My aim is to complete 5Km at the Chiltern Chase on July 4th

 From volunteering at Millstream to now managing the Centre, I have seen an ever growing need to support our older villagers in the area.

Due this increase in demand we have plans to extend our existing building to provide a light and airy Garden Room to accommodate activities and provide more flexible space for dining , socialising etc.

Benson Millstream Centre provides support , friendship and activities along with lunch , 3 days a week. The number of customers attending and making enquiries, from Benson, Ewelme and surrounding villages, is growing weekly , particularly as we venture out  after the last Covid Lockdown. During that lockdown we continued to visit our customers and provide a meals delivery service to help with loneliness, isolation and well being.
