Hi everyone,

As many of you now know, I plan on abseiling 110ft down the Eurpoa Hotel in Belfast on 25th September to raise money for the Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke. During my year as the Tyrone Rose I have chosen to fund raise for this worthy cause.The Charity aims to improve the quality of life of the people of Northern Ireland by preventing and alleviating chest, heart and stroke illnesses. Chest, heart and stroke illnesses claim 7,500 lives every year, that's half of all the deaths in Northern Ireland therefore we all know someone affected!

It's such a great cause so please dig deep to raise as much as possible! Also, feel free to call down and check on my progress on the 25th! :)
