A few months ago Xanthe managed to convince me to do the impossible... exercise! Those of you that know me well, know that this is not something I easily sign up to but I agreed to take part in the 'Turriff Trot' with her and Cath.

We have unfortunately all been touched by cancer and sadly lost many great people, people that were and are greatly loved and missed. In memory of these people, and for my much missed Grandad I will be walking the Turriff Trot.
