On the 23rd May I am taking part in the 100km London to Brighton Challenge walking to raise funds for the Stroke Association in memory of one of my families dearest friends Paul Greasley .
Paul sadly died on the 15th May 2014 as a result of a Stroke aged just 50 .
The event starts at around 8.00am from Richmond Park in South West London following trails and pathways over the South Downs finishing in Brighton - hopefully early on Sunday morning
