We will be running 5K a day throughout September to raise money for BK's Heroes. BK'S Heroes was set up by our dear friend Ben King who suffered from Renal Failure & Brain Cancer. Ben never complained but wished that one day a cure would be found to stop others suffering the way he had. Sadly Ben lost his battle aged 27, but BK'S Heroes fight on in his name. Help us make a difference.
