Many of you probably already know im running 10 miles in the Great South Run this year. For those of you that didnt know - now you do - please sponsor me!!! I need as much support as I can get - 10 miles doesnt seem a long way in a car, but its going to definately be far for my poor feet!

My efforts shall be in memory of my Dad who sadly died earlier this year from lung cancer.
