So I would appear to be going to London to race in the London Triathlon in a TSB Beat the Boss event. 

All I've got to do is beat their boss and they'll match some of the sponsorship I raise

It costs somewhere between £30/min and £2500/mission for GNAAS to help the people of North of England when they are severely injured or ill. We can only do this by raising money from donations or events such as this.
