On 12th June 2022 I am going to complete my first triathlon. The event is in Bristol and comprises of a 1.5km open water swim followed by a 32km bike ride and then a 10km run.

The charity I have chosen is one I came across on social media. The work they do on highlighting the mental difficulties that people with CF face in addition to their physical symptoms for me has been profound. CF is an inherited condition that causes sticky mucus to build up in the lungs and digestive system.
