On 10 June 2023, 19 brave KN’ers will take part in the Dorney Lake Triathlon in Windsor - home to the London 2012 Olympic rowing events. Some will be doing the Sprint distances (750m swim, 20km bike ride, 5km run) and some will take on the challenge of the Olympic distances (1500m swim, 40km bike ride, 10km run) but all will be winners on the day by undertaking this 3 leg sporting event in order to raise money for Kingsley Napley’s two sponsored charities Papyrus (https://www.papyrus-uk.org/) and CARAS (https://caras.org.uk/).

Papyrus is a charity dedicated to the prevention of suicide and the promotion of positive mental health and emotional wellbeing in young people and CARAS is a community outreach charity based in Tooting, supporting people of refugee and asylum-seeking backgrounds living in London.
