Dotty loves giraffes; she asked for one for Christmas when she was two, and she's been sponsoring 'Kiko' in Tanzania ever since.

Unfortunately, giraffe numbers have fallen dramatically in the last thirty years; and most of the subspecies are are now classed as vulnerable, endangered or critically endangered.  Dotty wants to raise awareness of this and to help the giraffes in a practical way too, by raising money for the only charity solely dedicated to conserving them.

Although Dotty is a keen swimmer she has never swam 100 lengths before!  So, please sponsor her.  All the money raised will go directly to the Giraffe Conservation Foundation.
