The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

Story

On the 26th April I was planning to take on the London Marathon for child bereavement charity Jigsaw (South East).

Despite its cancellation, I have decided to run the marathon distance of 26.2 miles on a treadmill in my kitchen! To really try and raise some decent money I will endeavour to repeat this distance daily until I reach 262 miles.

This is going to be a tough challenge not only physically as I have not trained for this but mentally "running on the spot with no change of scenery for 4-5 hours a day will soon get old"; but with all their fundraising cancelled at this time they'll be needing these funds more than ever, I want to help this incredible charity as much as I can.

Jigsaw (South East) supports children who have been bereaved or are facing the devastating loss of a loved one through its dedicated Grief Support and Preparing for Loss Services. Please donate to this important cause.

Thank you to everyone for your support.
