Bristol Children's hospital continues to provide exceptional care to our son Luke who was born with a complex congenital heart condition.  Luke has had 2 open heart surgeries at Bristol. The first of these was when he was just 10 months old and the second was when he was 8 years old. Luke is now 12 and is a big character.

Fundraising, training and running a half marathon is a great way to give thanks to the hospital and to  recognise Dolphin ward and all the hospital services for Luke's ongoing care. 

Bristol Children's hospital covers the largest geographic area of any children's hospital in the country. Providing pioneering heart surgery, cancer care,  neonatal intensive care and a major trauma unit and much more.

Supporting the hospital through fundraising to meet the needs of children and their families means so much to us. Every donation will help motivate and inspire me to train and run my first ever half marathon.
