Manx Wildlife Trust (MWT) was founded in 1973 and is the Isle of Man’s leading nature conservation charity. Its members, staff, and volunteers support MWT to protect Manx wildlife for the future.

Story

One of the most endearing qualities of the Isle of Man is its spectacular natural wilderness. In an effort to celebrate this beautiful Island and in partnership with the Manx Wildlife Trust, I’m attempting to raise £1000 in the next 40 days. On December 3rd, I will be trekking from Lukla airport in Nepal, all the way to Everest Base Camp, covering a distance of 150 kilometers and reaching an altitude of 17,600 feet above sea level. If just 100 people contribute £10 pounds each, that’s £1 for each of the 10 days that I will be walking, together, we can reach our target of raising £1000 for the Manx Wild Life Trust. Help the Manx Wildlife Trust ensure that this beautiful Island and it’s nature reserves are protected and maintained.
