On July 1st, a team of 19 of us at Dowsing & Reynolds will be taking part in the 6k Total Warrior event at Bramham Park.

Aside from getting very muddy, wet and utterly exhausted, we will no doubt have loads of fun along the way, plus get a little fitter. 

Most importantly we are doing it to raise as much money as possible for local Leeds charity, Latch.

Latch stands for Leeds Action to Create Homes. They're a unique charitable organisation that refurbishes derelict and run-down houses in the Chapeltown, Harehills and Burley areas of Leeds.

When they’re fully modernised and furnished, the properties provide supported housing for people who are homeless or in housing need and are ready to make a positive change in their lives.

Most of the renovation work is done by Latch staff and volunteers. Some have building trade experience already, while others learn new skills as they work on site.
