In 2018 I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease at 35 years old, it was a shock and I subsequently struggled with the diagnoses and my mental health.

As I love music and the outdoors, Ive decided to do an off the cuff gig at the Off beat bar in carlyon bay and set off the next morning kayaking 20 miles to our next gig in Portscatho.

(Postponed due to bad weather, will try again in 2020)

It's important to raise awareness and funding for research to find a cure for this incurable degenerative brain disease.

I know times are hard, so if you can't donate, please find some time to visit the Parkinson's UK website to educate yourself about PD, awareness is as important as money.  Its not just an old person's disease.
