When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt. Our specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community. Admittedly this is short notice on my part though would be extremely grateful for any donations made.. have been wanting to fundraise for the Stroke Association for a while from having grandparents who have suffered and have also been inspired by the superb work done by Adam Hayes over the years for them.
