Story

Mental health in Britain is in crisis, and Tom is passionate about doing his bit to reverse some it's effects. Tom has experienced first hand what a dark and lonely place depression can be, but is equally convinced that the right knowledge, guidance and of course support are absolutely invaluable in one's recovery. This is where CALM excel as a charity.

Tom invites you, his viewers to make a small donation to CALM which when pooled together he hopes will become tens of thousands of incredibly useful pounds, pounds that will immediately start saving lives.

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this by offering life saving services, provoking conversation and bringing people together to reject living miserably. From advice on our site, through to free, confidential chats with our helpline staff, online or on the phone, we’re here for whoever needs us, every day. No matter what.
