As you probably know, my Wife Sarah has MS. This is my first charity event on behalf of her and to support the fantastic work of the MS Trust.

MS is the most common neurological condition affecting young adults. 130,000 people in the UK are living with the illness. There is an urgent need for research into finding better treatments and a cure.

I completed the run yesterday in beautiful, hot conditions. I finished in 891st place out of >7,000 runners with a time of 45:34, which I was pleased with.
