The Drumlanrig Tearfund Challenge began in 2006 so 2015 was the tenth running of Scotland's first ever "sportive". The first event was a small low key affair, but the seeds were sown. Since then the popularity quickly grew and the event is now one of the most highly regarded events on the sportive calendar; thanks in no small part to the legendary supplies of cakes and rolls produced by the local church volunteers.

A unique feature of the event is that entry is by voluntary donation directly to Tearund. The team don't only give up their time on the day, they fundraise separately to cover the costs of running the event. 

Use this page to make your entry donation as an alternative to sending a cheque with your entry. To acheive our tarket of £100 000 raised in 10 years will require an increase in donations this year, but with your generousity we believe this to be acheivable.
