Land's End to John o'Groats 1,000 mile challenge

DTRT LEJOG 1000 Mile Challenge · 3 September 2017
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
On Sunday 3rd September 2017, Rob Gurney (MHM's Head of Legal Practice) is setting off on a self-funded solo cycle ride from Land's End to John O'Groats. He plans to cover the 1,000 mile route (and 33,000 feet of climbing) in 12 days. He is hoping to raise as much money as possible for the fantastic DTRT charities we are proud to support.
During this time, many of his colleagues at My Home Move will be taking on their own "mile-matching" challenges, in order to support Rob's endeavour and also to raise even more money for charity by gaining sponsorship for their own efforts.
What is DTRT?
"Do The Right Thing" (DTRT) grew from the personal passion of our people, to be a force for good for those less fortunate than ourselves. DTRT supports four great causes, all of which have had personal, as well as financial support from staff in various parts of My Home Move. All money raised from this event will be going to the following four charities:
- The Bridge - a homeless charity in Leicester
- Mustard Tree - a homeless charity in Manchester
- The Hope Centre - a homeless charity in Northampton
- Snehalaya - a home for children with multiple disabilities in Pune, India
