In our lives we have all seen the impact that cancer has on close family and friends. Having lost my mum to cancer 18 months ago, this charity is close to my heart.

This is a team event, I have managed to drag three friends kicking and screaming to join me, so many thanks to Mark Knowles, Dave Tracey and Dave Barber.

So what are we doing?  Dudsbury Golf Club are organising a marathon golf day - 72 people playing 72 holes.  We will be starting at 5am and will finish about 9pm.   We will be walking about 22 miles and wont have time to stop.

The aim of the event is to raise about £20,000,
