Welcome to my Just Giving fundraising page! I am running the 2025 Run Bournemouth Supersonic 10K for The Aortic Dissection Charitable Trust in order to raise as much money as possible.

Until 9th June this year an Aortic Dissection was something I had never heard of. Tragically my Dad had this happen to him and he passed in the early hours of the 9th. More people die of AD in the UK than road accidents every year but it isn’t something many people are aware of. Simply being aware of the symptoms could save a life.
