The RAF Benevolent Fund is the RAF's leading welfare charity. We have been there for all members of the RAF Family for over 100 years. Last year we assisted more than 70,000 members of the RAF Family. Support us in 2025 and help us reach even more members of the RAF Family.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was unfrotunatley injured in Afghanistan July 2009 and as a result later on lost both legs. Im in rehab now but wanted to give something back to the charities who have helped me. Myself and my friend Nick Wilson ( was his idea!!!) will be riding from Lands End to John o Groats to try and raise what we can for both H4H and the RAFBF. Both charities have helped so many good men and women of our Armed Forces. Please give what you can, its a tough ask as i know everyone is skint but you dont have to give hundreds, just what you can manage. Thanks for taking time to read this.

Thanks from Duncan and Nick
