Change Mental Health wants to build a future where no one needs to face mental illness alone. We seek to change society by changing attitudes, fighting stigma and influencing government to ensure a better quality of life for those affected by mental illness.

Story

***Tay bridge fundraiser***

From Friday 11th March to Saturday 12th March, Dundee University Triathlon club will be hosting a fundraiser for Support in Minds Scotland (SiMS).

The fundraiser is a 24-hour relay run across the Tay bridge. Over the 24 hours period in one-hour slots, participants will run as much of the bridge as they can in that hour before passing onto the next pair of runners.

SiMS work locally in Tayside, assisting in mental health of people and providing additional support to family members. Effects of the pandemic has highlighted the importance of mental health and displays the importance of charities like SiMS.

Our fundraiser is an exciting challenge for our members with running throughout the night. It is for an amazing charity and any donations would be greatly appreciated!
