I'm going to try to be vegan this January because I think what and how we eat impacts on our health and wellbeing. I want to find out if cutting out animal produce makes me feel happier and healthier.
This means no meat or fish and no dairy. No honey and no eggs. Lots of things really. It will be a culinary challenge as well.
Thankfully I will still be able to drink, as long as it's vegan.
