Right troops I need your help 🤙🏻
I’m currently out on tour with my unit in Afghanistan. While I’m here I’ve decided to do a fitness challenge to raise money for the ABF charity, (Army Benevolent Fund). This is the national charity of the British Army who helps soldiers, veterans and their immediate families with housing, education, financial assistance and of course bereavement and sudden loss. The Soldiers Charity.
My event is 1000 reps of different exercises, everyday for 2 months straight. Once completed I’m then going to start again and do a further 2 months for a nursing charity (not decided which one yet).
Every single day I see my friends/family on Facebook sharing posts about different celebrities/football teams/politics etc. So now I’m asking you to please share this status so I can get the message across to as many people as possible.
Everyday I’ll be posting updates, photos/videos so you can have a look for yourself.
