Hello, My name is Dylan I am 8 years old, I'm going to attempt to climb one of the highest mountains in the British Isles, MOUNT SNOWDON To raise money for HELP for HEROES... My reason for doing this is my Dad is a serving Member of the British Army and Many friends and his colleagues put their life's on the line Daily. Some which have been Killed and injured in the current conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. My goal is to encourage others to do their bit for those who have done theirs. My Challenge will begin on July 18th 2009 where I will start my Assent up Mount Snowdon, Via the Miners Track, time to be confirmed, Along with my Dad and Of course Hero the Bear who will be accompanying me all the way!!! Once we reach the Summit Its time for a quick rest (Mars bar).. And then the decent down via the Pyg Track and finally to the finish point at Pen y pass.
