East Lancashire Hospice provides specialist, supportive and end of life care for patients and their families from Blackburn, Darwen, Hyndburn and Ribble Valley who are coping with a life-limiting illness. To enable us to continue this work, we need to raise over £4.5 million every year.

Story

.......for my granpa when he was suffering from cancer, when I went to look round they told me they had to raise 3 million pounds a year or it shuts down so I don't want them to close down because they look after people well and they have a better life.

Above are his own words as to why he continues year after year to raise money for this really worthy cause, please give what you can and support this inspiring young man.

Dylan is taking on a massive personal challenge this summer:- On the 25th May he and dad Lee will be walking the full Ribble Way from Longton, Preston  to The Yorkshire Dales a total of 78.5 miles over 4 days.

2 weeks later on the 10th June he will be doing another 250 meter open water swim in Lake Windermere with mum Nicki.

If anyone wants to track his progress we have set up a face book page - Dylan'sPhysicalChallenge@dylanleewhiteley request to add as a friend to keep up to date with how he is doing.
