I'm taking part in The Kiltwalk's Mighty Stride, walking 20 miles on the 20th of August to celebrate Lavender Touch's milestone 20th anniversary this year.  Lavender Touch provides services and therapeutic treatments to bring relief and relaxation to those living with cancer  – and their loved ones and carers - in the Scottish Borders.
