I've decided to climb Mount Kenya this summer to raise money for Team Kenya, a charity I've been volunteering with for the past year. Team Kenya are an amazing charity who work in rural areas in Kenya to help girls through education, prevent early marriage and teenage pregnancy, and protect girls from gender based violence. It's hard to imagine some of the challenges these young girls face, but Team Kenya do amazing work with the girls individually and with the whole communities to help transform them and break the cycle. I'm aiming to raise £950 for the charity, so donations of any size will be massively appreciated!! My trip is self funded so all donations go straight to Team Kenya. By sponsoring me you will be helping to level the playing field and tackle gender inequality.
