Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

COVID UPDATE:  After 3 postponements I am really looking forward to running the Liverpool Marathon on 24th October.

In March 2019, my niece Harper Louise Butler was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome.  We were blessed to have 5 precious days with Harper, but unfortunately due to the severity of the condition there was no treatment available and she passed away on the 5th day.

EACH showed outstanding love and support to Sophie and Jake throughout Harper’s life and have continued to provide exceptional after-life and bereavement support. This is as well as the exceptional care and support that EACH provide to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families.

Running a Marathon has been a goal of mine for some time and I am proud to have the opportunity to run my first Half Marathon (8th March) and Full Marathon (24th May) in memory of Harper.  I am extremely grateful to be able to spread awareness of EACH and to thank them for everything they have done and continue to do.

Thank you for taking the time to visit this page and a massive thank you for any donations.
