Drought drives people to the brink. Storms tear families apart. Raging waters show no mercy. In Kenya the climate crisis has made weather more extreme, whether long drought or relentless rainstorms. Join us this Christian Aid Week (10th -16th) May!

Story

Lucy Bryan (St Peter’s Methodist church), John Ward (St Mary Bredin) & Brian McHenry (St Dunstan, St Mildred, and St Peter), all members of the Canterbury Christian Aid Group, are walking the Elham Valley Way (22.5 miles) from Hythe to Canterbury on the day of 27th July.

This year Christian Aid's focus is on the effects of climate change and the money will help Christian Aid improve the lives of some of the poorest communities in the world.
