Story
As you will know, our beloved Earl passed away on New Year's Eve. He had struggled valiantly against ill-health for four years. During that time the Renal Unit at St Helier Hospital, Carshalton under Dr Jonathon Kwan used all their skills to give him such an excellent quality of life and some of his proudest moments. He was always so grateful for the extra lease of life he had been given.
As his family we want to do all we can to support the research work which is improving the lives of so many renal patients both here in London and around the world. We would invite all the friends who knew Earl to send no flowers but instead to offer whatever you feel able to support the work of the South West Thames Kidney Fund. This is the Fund that has supported all the work from which Earl benefited and it would be so good if, in his name, we can collectively make a difference to many other lives both young and old.
I know that Earl would appreciate any support you can give just as he appreciated the skills and care he was lucky enough to receive.
Many thanks
