Every single household in the UK will receive a £400 energy rebate. It is credited to your energy account over 6 months started in October, as part of the government support package to help with the energy crisis.
Different households have different needs though.
Perhaps you could spare some of this (or even all of it) to help those most in need. This is the idea of the Earlsfield Leveller, to make sure everyone in our community can stay warm this winter.
Close to £6,000 has been raised so far from over 50 donors, so THANK YOU to those who have contributed part or all of their rebate!
Where will the money go?
Money collected will be distributed to Earlsfield Foodbank guests as fuel vouchers, to make this winter a little easier.
We are Glyn Goodwin and Steve Jones, both Earlsfield residents and are setting up this campaign in partnership with the Earlsfield Foodbank Charity.
