We are a group of doctors, researchers and parents who either work in or have had to use Nottingham Children's hospital so are running the half marathon to raise money for them.
Nottingham Children’s Hospital is based at the Queen’s Medical Centre. Paediatric doctors and nurses here care for over 60,000 babies, children and young people from across the region.
Our goal is to raise funds for a piece of specialised diagnostic equipment called a bronchoscope which helps us look into children’s lungs. This will enable hospital staff to provide the best possible care.
