Story

As the coronavirus has become more widespread, the people of Macclesfield have had the wellbeing of staff and patients at the forefront of their minds during this difficult time.  The trust has received donations of food, drink and other supplier, as well as offers of time from volunteers.  This is all greatly appreciated by everyone at the trust.  As people have wanted to donate money as well, we have set up two Just Giving pages, one to support staff and one to support patients.

East Cheshire NHS Trust Patient Support Fund

This Just Giving page has been set up to raise money to help patients who are in hospital during the Coronavirus pandemic.  With tightly restricted visiting it is not possible for patients to see their relatives or friends so the donations will be used to do anything we can to support them during their time in hospital or during their recovery.

About the charity

We're a local charity that works hand in hand with our incredible healthcare services to help them go above and beyond for patients, families and staff. We believe that everyone deserves access to the best possible healthcare, and our mission is to support our local NHS to help them deliver it.
