Chiltern 50 Challenge 2022 · 24 September 2022 ·

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

My Mother-in-Law, Wendy, died in 2004 after suffering with Alzheimer’s for many years. There were bad days and good days and the work that the Alzheimer’s Society do to further research into this terrible, cruel disease and the support they offer those diagnosed and their families, is awesome. I can’t do much, but I can raise a bit of money to help those going through the same thing.
