As some of you may know our son Sam was diagnosed as autistic last September. It's been a really difficult time for us as a family but we have found great strength and confidence from others such as AP Cymru. 

We've found that Autism can be quite a taboo subject and we have joined with others to celebrate Autism Acceptance month by giving ourselves a step target for the month to really push ourselves and support such an incredible cause.
