Many thanks for all of you who supported me in last years Great North Run. With your support I raised over £1000 for Bowel Cancer UK.

At the end of last years run I rather foolishly promised that I would enter again this year and run as part of the Bowel Cancer UK team (http://www.bowelcanceruk.org.uk)  I am glad that I entered again this year to support such a worthy cause as earlier this year my brother was diagnosed with bowel cancer. After major surgery he is now well on the road to recovery.
