Ring O' Fire 2021 · 3 September 2021 to 5 September 2021 ·

The Ring O' Fire is an ultra marathon on another level. Set over three days, the 135 miles coastal path takes you on an incredible journey around the island of Anglesey.

Story

In April 2019 my dad, Stephen Roberts, passed away after losing his fight with bowel cancer.  Unfortunately, he was already at stage 4 by the time he was diagnosed.  Perhaps with more awareness and better detection he would still be around today.

The Ring O' Fire Ultra Marathon is a 135 mile trail race around Anglesey, North Wales.  The race takes place over 3 days from 3rd to 5th September 2021.  Day 1: 34 miles, Day 2: 66miles, Day 3: 35 miles.  All money raised will be donated to Bowel Cancer UK. They're the UK's leading bowel cancer charity and are determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. Bowel cancer is the UK's second biggest cancer killer with over 16,000 people dying annually of a disease that is preventable, treatable and curable. I'm determined to help Bowel Cancer UK to change that. The money you donate will help to provide support and information to patients and their families, enable them to fund and support research into bowel cancer and to campaign for early diagnosis and best treatment and care for all.

All donations no matter the sum will be gratefully received.

Thank you

Ed
