A year later than planned but no less enthusiastic, I am setting out to pound the streets of London in the Winter Marathon Walk, in support the wonderful work of Plan Zheroes.  Their brilliant volunteers redistribute fresh waste food to amazing charities who turn it into nutritious meals for those they are helping, and save it from a sad and environmentally disastrous end in land fill.  A fantastic example of the circular economy with a human heart.  I’d love it if you could donate, and hope that you agree with me that it’s for a great and practical cause.  Yes, I know that it is not exactly the London Marathon, but the distance is just the same!!  And I will be walking for a lot longer!
