Myself and few others have decided to cycle 500 Miles in early July, (in a manner similar to The Proclaimers!), around the North Coast of Scotland on a route aptly named the NC500. Its littered with venomous hills, midgies and horizontal Scottish rain so is going to be a challenge.

Whether its worth covering myself in lycra and chaffing even the parts Heineken can't reach is debateable but I am going to have a crack at it.!

I have decided to raise money for the local school, (Upper Beeding Primary School), that my children are at or have been at. They are desperately short of funds for resources and could really do with an injection of cash to assist them. 

If you could dig deeply it would be hugely appreciated.
