I am fund raising for this charity in memory of my Sister in law . Tony and his charity were a big part of Gemma’s life in the latter stages of her mental Health illness . Tragically she hadn’t found them a few years earlier  and she passed away last year  . I strongly believe it could have helped her . So Im taking part in this event with ITSOKNOTTOBEOK to promote and thank this charity for the help / guidance/ and comfort they provided for Gemma and can hopefully provide for many others that need it  . Remember , it’s ok not to be ok
